- Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Sign up to receive SMS communications
- Connect a social media account through the GLS Platform or TruSync
- Use any feature of the GLS Platform application
This information may include your name, phone number, email address, insurance preferences, and social media account identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide insurance quotes and consultations
- Communicate with you about your insurance needs
- Send SMS updates and reminders (with your consent)
- Operate the GLS Platform CRM and TruSync social media management tools
- Publish social media content to connected accounts on your behalf
- Analyze social media post performance to identify winning content
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
3. SMS Communication Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Global Lite Solutions.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your insurance needs and policy status.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details.
- Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (561) 323-3613.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Facebook and Instagram Integration
The GLS Platform and TruSync integrate with the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platform. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business Account to TruSync:
- We request access tokens that allow us to publish posts, reels, and videos on your behalf
- We retrieve engagement data (likes, comments, shares, reach) from your published posts via the Meta Graph API
- We store your Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID, and access tokens securely in our Supabase database
- We do not access your personal Facebook profile, friends list, private messages, or any data beyond what is necessary to publish and track business content
- Access tokens are used solely to perform actions you explicitly authorize within the GLS Platform
- You can revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage and Retention
All platform data including posts, client information, media files, and social media tokens are stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Media files (images and videos) uploaded to the platform are stored in Supabase Storage and are accessible only through your authenticated account.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure API key management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Insurance carriers to process your applications
- Third-party services listed in Section 5 solely to operate the platform
- Legal authorities when required by law
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Opt-out of SMS communications at any time
- Revoke social media access at any time through your Facebook or Instagram settings
- Request information about how we use your data
- Request deletion of all data associated with your account

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
